Our women’s therapists deeply understand these intersections and are here to help you process your own specific experiences.

  • Our female therapists support women dealing with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, chronic illness, high-pressure careers, intimacy and sexual concerns, and parenting. Our clients are professionals in high-stress fields (like firefighters, active duty service members or veterans, and correctional workers), professionals in helping professions (like nurses, teachers, and therapists), neurodivergent individuals, parents, and those with chronic health conditions.

Our therapists integrate evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT, ACT, and DBT with genuine compassion and practical guidance that you can actually apply to your day-to-day life. We’re committed to creating a comfortable space where you can show up just as you are–no mask, no need to “keep it all together”–and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.

  • This is entirely up to you. Some women feel more comfortable discussing certain issues with female therapists due to shared experiences, while others may connect better with nonbinary or male therapists. What matters most is finding a therapist whose approach, specialties, and style feel right for you.
