Services Offered
Individual Therapy
We provide individual therapy to adults and teens age 18+. We provide therapy for a variety of issues including trauma, depression, burnout and work/life balance, men's Issues, anger, PTSD, anxiety, life transitions, and stress management. We often work with professionals who work in high-stress environments and need support with job-related anxiety or trauma.
For military families, Gina provides support for stress associated with deployment, PCSing, and adjustment to military life/culture.

EMDR Therapy
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It's a method of therapy that helps you move past painful memories and thoughts. Here's how it works:
Our brains naturally want to heal, but sometimes they get stuck in the past. EMDR uses gentle, rhythmic movements (like following a therapist's hand with your eyes) to kickstart the natural healing process. EMDR helps you process difficult memories so that they don't have the same power over you anymore. It's not about forgetting the past. Rather, it's about finding new ways to see, understand, and move forward.
If you're experiencing anything from past traumas to anxieties, EMDR could be the key to unlocking breaking free of these memories and unlocking a more empowered version of yourself. Ready to give it a try? Reach out today to schedule your first appointment.

Individual therapy for ADHD (or suspected ADHD)
Unlike depression, stress, or anxiety, your ADHD isn't going away. Maybe you pursued a diagnosis later in life, and are here to make sense of it. Maybe you think you have ADHD, and are wondering what to do next. We're here for you. We'll still develop a plan that's driven by your unique goals and needs, and we'll provide education on ADHD to support your understanding of it. We might unpack the shame you have associated with your diagnosis, or your struggles completing tasks. We've complied a large resource library for individuals who have ADHD, and we're always excited to share resources that might support fellow ADHD-ers. We also have a network of trusted medication prescribers that I work with, if you decide to pursue medication.
Relationship Therapy
We use the Gottman Method for relationship therapy. This method of relationship therapy begins with a thorough assessment period (both individually and together), followed by goal-oriented interventions and exercises that are designed to help couples break through gridlock and achieve greater intimacy.
*Please note that couples therapy is offered in-person only.

Special Populations
In addition to working with certain issues or diagnoses, a portion of our practice is dedicated to working with populations of people with whom we have a personal connection with. This includes veterans, military families, firefighters, and correctional workers. We've seen [firsthand] the demands that these career fields place on you and your relationships. We also recognize the unique mental health needs that can arise from the work that you do, and we strive to create an environment where you can receive the support that you're looking for.
