Relationship and Couples Therapy

People in relationships seek therapy for many reasons. Some want to improve intimacy. Others are fighting too much, and some may be avoiding conflict all together. We aim to help you build a deeper connection and manage future conflicts together.

oUR APPROACH:

We use the Gottman Method for relationship therapy. This method of relationship therapy begins with a thorough assessment period (both individually and together), followed by goal-oriented interventions and exercises that are designed to help folks in intimate relationships break through gridlock and achieve greater intimacy.

*Please note that insurance is not accepted for this type of therapy.

Other times clients use therapy as a way to develop strategies for personal growth and/or life skills. Sometimes therapy is useful during times of significant transition or stress such as a new relationship, loss of a loved one, or trauma. Therapy is right for anyone who wants to learn more about themselves and make positive changes in their daily life, relationships, and overall wellness
