Marketing and Content Coordinator | Las Vegas, NV
Location: Online and in-person in Las Vegas, NV
Employment Type: Part-Time W2 Position (8–10 hours/week)
Pay Range: $18–22/hour (based on experience)
Position Overview: We’re hiring a Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our marketing and communications efforts. This role includes creating content for social media, making minor updates to our website and digital store, and ensuring our materials align with SEO best practices. If you’re organized, creative, and comfortable working independently, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Create Engaging Content:
Design social media graphics and write clear, engaging captions
Create marketing flyers and digital materials for events and services
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone
Website + Digital Updates:
Make minor updates to our website content via Squarespace
Assist with updates to our Podia site, including course and product pages
SEO & Analytics:
Implement basic SEO strategies (meta descriptions, headings, alt text)
Track web performance using Google Analytics and report on trends
Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency with Canva (Pro) and Squarespace
Basic understanding of SEO
Training or coursework in marketing, SEO, communications, or a related field
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Interest in mental health, wellness, or healthcare marketing
Preferred, but Not Required
Experience creating content related to therapy or wellness
Experience using Podia
Experience using Google Analytics and Search Console
Additional training on SEO can be provided

This is a hybrid position, taking place primarily online. You may be asked to come into our Las Vegas office a couple of times per month, but will be given plenty of notice if this is the case.

You’ll need to be available during “normal” daytime business hours.
However, please note that you’ll have the flexibility to complete your work when it works for you. Whether that means early mornings, while your kids are napping, or in the evenings.
We just ask that you be available to attend meetings while the Directors are working.

This is a W2 role with limited benefits (sick time) included.

No. While we offer a lot of flexibility in scheduling, we do need you to be available during daytime hours so you can connect with our Directors and community stakeholders during their business hours.
