Las Vegas Therapist for Adults

Allison Martone

I help LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks who are exploring who they are, in a world that often misunderstands them. I aim to empower you to move beyond shame, feel validated in your story, and live more fully as your authentic self.

Las Vegas Therapist for ADHD and Autistic Adults

I work with neurodivergent adults and people navigating complex relationships and life transitions. I'm here to offer support, collaboration, and practical tools so you can better understand yourself, strengthen your connections, and handle life's challenges with more confidence and clarity.

Living as an ADHD or Autistic adult in a neurotypical world often means spending years being told you're too much, not enough, or that trying harder should fix everything. Many of the adults I work with arrive burned out, misunderstood, or disconnected from their own needs after a lifetime of masking and self-doubt. Maybe a recent diagnosis has brought relief and a lot of new questions. Maybe you're still making sense of patterns that have followed you across jobs, relationships, and roles. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to keep fitting yourself into systems that were never designed for you.

Together in therapy, we'll explore how your brain works, validate your lived experience, and reduce shame while building supports that work for you. We may work through identity, sensory needs, emotional regulation, relationships, and the long-term impact of being misunderstood or misdiagnosed.

My aim is for you to leave each session feeling more at ease with yourself and better supported as you move through the world.

Couples and Polycules

Relationships are hard, and relationships that exist outside the “default settings” come with extra layers. Add queerness, gender exploration, non-monogamy, or polycule dynamics, and suddenly you are navigating not just each other, but a world that often does not understand or respect how you love.

I work with LGBTQ+ couples and polycules who want support strengthening connection, improving communication, and untangling the patterns that keep showing up, even when everyone involved is doing their best.

This is a space where your relationship structure is not questioned, explained away, or treated as the problem. In our work together, we might focus on honesty, communication, accountability, and emotional safety. We talk about expectations, repair after conflict, and how to stay connected when life, stress, and old wounds get in the way.

For polycules, this may include navigating communication across multiple relationships, managing jealousy without shame, clarifying agreements, and addressing the very real emotions that come with being committed to more than one person. I aim to help you find clarity, mutual respect, and connection within your relationships. You deserve care that understands the complexity of how you love and helps you build something that actually works for you.

Who I am and how I got here

I spent my formative years in the theater, surrounded by deeply creative, expressive people navigating identity during a time when being “different” often came with real risk. I was frequently entrusted with quiet, vulnerable truths like, “I think I’m queer and haven’t told anyone yet.” Witnessing that courage not only shaped my values, but also supported me in beginning to explore my own identity.  I find deep purpose in walking alongside individuals who are on a journey of reclaiming their identity and living more authentically and wholeheartedly.  Whether you identify as LGBTQIA+ or not, I am interested in your story; what has shaped you, what hurts, and how we might cultivate more flexible, compassionate ways of understanding yourself and others in the world.

How I help

I practice humanistic, client-centered care grounded in the belief that shame is not a helpful teacher. I approach concerns with empathy, warmth, compassion, and gentle, honest feedback. My training emphasized the therapeutic relationship as the most essential component of healing, and I hold that belief at the center of my work. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including ACT, DBT, and EFT.

Off the clock

When I’m not working as a therapist, I’m usually creating something. I’m an active performer, writer, and artist, and I spend a lot of my time doing improvisational comedy. I love spaces where play is encouraged, ideas are met with curiosity, and people feel safe enough to try—even when they’re not sure what they’re doing yet.  Outside of all that, I value time with family and the grounding, restorative moments that come from being with people I love.
