Low Cost Therapy in Las Vegas

Alicia Snyder

Student Therapist

I help adults who feel stretched thin by their roles and responsibilities. I aim to help you reconnect with yourself amidst the chaos of daily life.

Low Cost Therapy in Las Vegas

Therapy shouldn’t feel out of reach because of finances.

As a student therapist at Wandering Pine Wellness, I am able to offer lower-cost therapy options in Las Vegas while I complete my clinical training under close supervision. This means you receive thoughtful, intentional care with the added support of a licensed supervisor behind the scenes.

Low cost therapy can be a great fit if you:

  • Are new to therapy and want to start somewhere accessible

  • Have a high deductible or limited insurance coverage

  • Are looking for consistent support without the higher private practice rate

Areas of Interest

Therapy for Adults Navigating Burnout

There’s a specific kind of exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix.

You’re keeping up at work. You’re responding to emails. You’re showing up for your family, your partner, your friends. From the outside, it looks like you are managing it all.

Inside, you feel depleted.

Burnout often shows up as irritability, brain fog, procrastination, loss of motivation, or a sense of emotional numbness. You might feel guilty for being tired because technically nothing is “wrong.” Or maybe everything feels urgent, and you don’t know where to start.

As a student therapist, I am especially interested in working with adults who are carrying too much for too long. In our work together, we can:

  • Identify the patterns that keep you overextended

  • Explore the pressure you put on yourself, and where it comes from

  • Build boundaries that feel realistic

  • Learn skills to manage anxiety

  • Work to improve your mood

Who I am and how I got here

Before pursuing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I spent over a decade working as a professional coach. I supported leaders and professionals in high-responsibility roles who were navigating stress, burnout, and major life transitions. Over time, I became increasingly aware of how stress and early experiences shape not only thoughts, but physiological responses. Even when someone is insightful and capable, their nervous system can still feel activated or stuck.

My background also includes training in applied neuroscience, which has strengthened my understanding of how chronic stress impacts regulation, behavior, and emotional processing. That interest led me to pursue formal training in clinical mental health counseling, with a focus on the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and the body. As a mother of three, I understand how demanding and isolating certain seasons of life can feel, particularly when someone is managing significant internal stress while still showing up for others.

How I help

My approach is grounded and collaborative. I help clients identify and challenge negative beliefs that shape how they see themselves and the world, while strengthening a more stable, coherent sense of self. I also incorporate values work, as clarity around what matters most often supports change that feels intentional and personally meaningful.

Off the clock

Outside of sessions, I love spending time with my husband and our three children. We’re an active family and spend a lot of time outside, whether we’re exploring local areas or heading to the park. When I’m on my own, you can usually find me in the kitchen trying new recipes with music playing in the background. Cooking is one of the ways I recharge.
