Las Vegas Therapist for Depression

Jordan Charles

I help adults and teens who feel lost or isolated. I aim to help you rebuild connections, regain direction, and feel more grounded in who you are and where you’re going.

Therapy for Anxiety and Panic

You're not a worrier by nature… or at least, you didn't used to be. But somewhere along the way, your brain started treating everyday situations like emergencies. The racing thoughts before a meeting. The physical symptoms that come out of nowhere. The way you replay conversations and brace for things that haven't happened yet.

Maybe you've had a full-blown panic attack and now you're afraid of having another one, so you've started avoiding places, situations, or people just to feel safe. Maybe anxiety shows up more quietly; as constant tension, trouble sleeping, or a low hum of dread you can't quite name.

You don't have to live at that level of alertness. And you don't have to figure out how to turn it off on your own.

I'm Jordan, and I work with adults and teens who are tired of letting anxiety run the show.

Therapy Can Help You

  • Understand the thoughts and patterns that keep anxiety going

  • Learn tools to interrupt the panic cycle before it takes over

  • Build a calmer, steadier relationship with uncertainty

  • Tackle the tasks or activities you’ve been avoiding

  • Get back to the people, places, and experiences you've been missing

Therapy for Athletes in Las Vegas

You perform at a level most people will never understand. The pressure to compete, recover, and show up day after day takes a toll that doesn't always show up on the field or in the stats.

Maybe you're dealing with an injury that's sidelined you longer than expected, and you're not sure who you are outside of your sport. Maybe the success you've worked your whole life for has arrived, and you still feel empty or disconnected. Or maybe the mental weight of performance (the expectations, the scrutiny, the fear of losing your edge) has started to follow you home.

You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. You just have to be willing to work on the part of you that doesn't show up in practice.

I'm Jordan, and I work with athletes navigating the psychological demands of their their sport. In therapy, you can:

  • Process performance anxiety, burnout, or fear of failure

  • Work through identity challenges tied to injury, retirement, or transition

  • Strengthen your mental resilience and emotional regulation

  • Address depression, isolation, or relationship stress that can come with an athlete's lifestyle

  • Build a sense of self that exists beyond your sport

Therapy for Couples in Las Vegas

Your relationship feels so much different than it used to. The longer that you and your partner have been together, the more distant you feel.

Your conversations have become shorter. You ask each other “how was your day?,” but you don’t dig deeper. You feel more like roommates or co-parents than partners. For some couples, this shift starts after having children. For others, it builds slowly over years of stress, work demands, parenting, grief, or life transitions.

You can love each other and still feel disconnected.

I work with couples who want to understand what changed and how to reconnect. This includes new parents navigating exhaustion and shifting roles, relationships that have experienced a big change (such as one partner returning to work after some time off), as well as long-term partners who feel the emotional distance growing between them.

Who I am and how I got here

I moved to Las Vegas in 2018 to pursue professional athletics. Living here, especially through the COVID era, shaped my understanding of how isolation and uncertainty affect people’s lives. I chose counseling because I wanted to serve my community in a way that is direct, meaningful, and personal.

Who and How I help

I work with adults, teens, and kids who feel disconnected, stuck in their own thinking, or unsure how to re-engage with the things that once made them happy. Many of my clients look like they have it all together on the surface, but feel alone underneath. Some struggle with communication, confidence, or social anxiety. Others are navigating identity shifts, burnout, or relationship strain. I begin with genuine curiosity and careful listening. We clarify your story, identify patterns that keep you stuck, and strengthen the skills that help you reconnect with yourself and with others.

Off the clock

Outside of sessions, my time is spent raising two boys with my wife, spending time outdoors, and supporting the local Las Vegas music scene. This city has shaped me, and I care about giving back to it.
