Las Vegas Therapist for Adults, Teens, and Couples
Jordan Charles
I help adults and teens who feel lost or isolated. I aim to help you rebuild connections, regain direction, and feel more grounded in who you are and where you’re going.
Therapy for Adults and Teens Who Feel Lost or Isolated
Maybe you’re reading this because you feel stuck, and you’re not sure why. You’re going through the motions. You say “no” to plans with friends and family because staying home just feels easier. You’re questioning the direction you’re headed, your purpose, and your place in the world. Sometimes, you feel alone even when you’re surrounded by other people. Maybe you even feel misunderstood by the people closest to you.
I’m Jordan, and I work with adults and teens who feel disconnected and unsure of what comes next. In therapy, you can:
Explore what’s contributed to feeling lost
Strengthen your sense of identity and direction
Build and strengthen your connections with others
Develop coping strategies that feel realistic
Process life transitions, like moving or becoming a parent
Therapy for Couples in Las Vegas
Your relationship feels so much different than it used to. The longer that you and your partner have been together, the more distant you feel.
Your conversations have become shorter. You ask each other “how was your day?,” but you don’t dig deeper. You feel more like like roommates or co-parents than partners. For some couples, this shift starts after having children. For others, it builds slowly over years of stress, work demands, parenting, grief, or life transitions.
You can love each other and still feel disconnected.
I work with couples who want to understand what changed and how to reconnect. This includes new parents navigating exhaustion and shifting roles, as well as long-term partners who feel the emotional distance growing between them.
Therapy for Depression
Depression is not always obvious.
It can show up as low motivation, irritability, emotional numbness, exhaustion, or a loss of interest in things that used to matter. You might feel disconnected from yourself or the people around you. Small tasks can feel overwhelming.
For teens, depression may look like withdrawal, academic struggles, or mood changes that feel hard to explain. For adults, it may feel like carrying a quiet heaviness while still meeting responsibilities.
Jordan works with individuals navigating depression in a way that feels steady and collaborative. In therapy, you can:
Identify patterns that keep you stuck
Learn skills to manage low mood and hopeless thoughts
Rebuild routines that support stability
Process grief or life transitions that may be contributing
Strengthen connection and reduce isolation
Depression can make the world feel smaller. Therapy can help you expand it again, at a pace that feels manageable.

In-Person & Online Therapy in Nevada
I offer sessions in our Las Vegas (Summerlin) office and online throughout Nevada. Whether you’re in Las Vegas, Reno, Carson City, Henderson, or anywhere in between, I’d love to support you. Weekend sessions are also available. I accept Aetna, Cigna, and BCBS.
Who I am and how I got here
I moved to Las Vegas in 2018 to pursue professional athletics. Living here, especially through the COVID era, shaped my understanding of how isolation and uncertainty affect people’s lives. I chose counseling because I wanted to serve my community in a way that is direct, meaningful, and personal.
Who and How I help
I work with adults, teens, and kids who feel disconnected, stuck in their own thinking, or unsure how to re-engage with the things that once made them happy. Many of my clients are look like they have it all together on the surface, but feel alone underneath. Some struggle with communication, confidence, or social anxiety. Others are navigating identity shifts, burnout, or relationship strain. I begin with genuine curiosity and careful listening. We clarify your story, identify patterns that keep you stuck, and strengthen the skills that help you reconnect with yourself and with others.
Off the clock
Outside of sessions, my time is spent raising two boys with my wife, spending time outdoors, and supporting the local Las Vegas music scene. This city has shaped me, and I care about giving back to it.
