About Us:
Wandering Pine Wellness was founded in the Pacific Northwest in 2022. We now operate in three states and have two physical locations. We are a neurodivergent and LGBTQ+-affirming practice that believes in fostering an environment where both therapists can and clients can grow. Our mission is to provide a nurturing, supportive, and inclusive space for therapists to grow both professionally and personally. Requirements:

• A master's degree or PhD in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical mental health, or closely related field from an accredited institution

• A unrestricted license (LICSW, LMHC,  LMFT) to practice in WA state

• A desire to contribute to a supportive team environment

• A willingness to work with insurance in addition to accepting private pay. This can be done through your own independent credentialing, or through a third party company.

Salary:

$75-250/hr.

 

This is a 1099 position with NO fee splits. Therapists are charged a monthly flat fee each month, depending on the approximate number of clients that they see. If this concept sounds unfamiliar, it comes out to somewhere between a 95/5 and 90/10 fee split. 

Salary for a position like this is nuanced and depends on your private pay rate, which insurance plans you accept, etc.

Location:

This is a fully remote position.

​

Full or Part Time:

This is a part-time position. We define "part-time" as anything less than 13 weekly session. However, please keep in mind that you ultimately control the number of clients that you see weekly.
