What is Anxiety, and how can we help?
What is Anxiety?
Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe. It is a normal response to stress, but when it becomes overwhelming and disrupts daily life, it may be a sign that you need more support.
We'll work with you to develop a personalized plan and goals to tackle anxious thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Our methods are rooted in evidence-based practiced, such as ACT and EMDR. In our sessions, you'll find a welcoming and judgment-free space where you can openly express who you are. We recognize that many of our clients have to be "on" at work and at home throughout the week and don't get much of a break. Rest assured, you can relax and be yourself during our sessions. Together, we'll explore and address the underlying causes of your anxiety, fostering a sense of empowerment to tackle whatever the world throws your way.
